Privacy Policy

As the operator of this site and of course as a user of other sites, it is important that you can feel safe on this website. Every effort has been made to ensure that your data, in particular your personal data, is protected and that you have the best possible user experience with this site without having to feel tracked, harassed or analysed. Only data necessary for the operation of the site and the services will be collected.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

This data protection declaration shows you what purpose and in what way and to what extent your personal data is processed on this website and the websites linked to it. We also list functions and contents as well as external online presences, such as our social media profile.

With regard to the terms used, please take a look at the definitions in Art. 4 of the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO).

This data will be processed:

  • Your inventory data, if you are or want to become our customer (names, addresses, … ).

  • Your contact data (such as e-mail, telephone numbers, etc.).

  • Contents which you transmit to us via data exchange
    (Examples: text input, photographs, videos).

  • Usage data on what interests the user, which technical terminal is used and from where and how the online service is accessed.
    (Interest in content, access times).

  • Meta/communication data
(e.g. with which device you use our offer, from where you retrieve the offer, IP addresses).

Who do we collect the data from?

Who do we collect the data from?

In general, we collect access data from all visitors and users of our website. Personal data is only processed by us if we have obtained your consent, e.g. by sending a form.

Why is data processing necessary at all? (Purpose of processing)

  • Contact and dialogs on the page.
  • Security: Avoid spam.

  • Range measurement/marketing.
  • Optimization of content.

What is the legal basis?

According to Art. 13 DSGVO, the following legal bases apply. Unless the legal basis is explicitly stated in this data protection declaration, the following applies:

  • The legal basis for obtaining your consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 DSGVO,
  • The legal basis for the processing for the fulfilment of our services and the implementation of contractual measures as well as the answering of inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO,
  • the legal basis for the processing for the fulfilment of our legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO,
  • the legal basis for the processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
  • We do not see any vital interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO as legal basis.

Cooperation with contract processors and third parties

We only pass on data or grant access if

  • there is a legal necessity or obligation to do so (e.g. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract performance).
  • you as the user have consented to (e.g. by sending form data)
  • or a so-called „legitimate interest“ exists
    (e.g. at our webhoster).

If third parties are commissioned with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called „order processing contract“, this is done on the basis of and in compliance with Art. 28 DSGVO. On this side this happens e.g. with the transmission of your mail and address data to the Dienstleister for the dispatch.

Transfers to third countries

If data is processed in a third country (i.e. outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or if this is done within the framework of the use of the services of third parties, this only occurs if it is done to fulfil our (pre)contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Processing will then take place on the basis of special guarantees, such as the officially recognised determination of an EU-compliant level of data protection (e.g. for the USA by the „Privacy Shield“) or compliance with officially recognised special contractual obligations (so-called „standard contractual clauses“).

THE CHILDREN ARE CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS

THAT'S WHY ALL TIPS GO TO SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

We say thank you! For many years our taxi service has supported various social organisations for children: the children's hospice "Sterntaler", the short-term home "Hands for Children", for children and young people with disabilities and the parents' initiative for children suffering from cancer. The organisations do a great job, which we appreciate and support with our donations. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our customers, friends and acquaintances. Your help makes all this possible!
